Anyway, I want to get to know some of you a little bit more! It's nothing invasive, promise. What I'm proposing is...!





You see, I used to work at a magical cafe called "The Midnight Grind." Currently, I don't work as a barista but I'll have to polish up my skills again. These are a small sample of the drinks I would serve to customers from all different corners of all the different worlds!

Anyway, just look at this image and see which drink and description you're drawn to most, and let me know! It gives me a good idea of what to make for others in the future. Just have fun with it! Oh and maybe tell me about your favorite drink?? ☕🍵

But the boba are those pearls you see in the drink!
They're made of tapioca starch and are pleasantly chewy.
They usually aren't that color you see though.

I'm not going to pretend any of them are healthy, but most of them that have sugar are wonderfully balanced (not No.5 though, that's a purposeful custom abomination... but the customer is always right and all that jazz...)
I mean, I still have a lot to learn, but my fellow barista, Oren, is by all accounts a magnificent drink mixer and chef.

It's made out of tapioca starch and it sits in a lightly sweetened syrup before being added to a drink.
There are actually a lot of cafes that are just dedicated to boba.
Our variation is definitely unique since my boss was the one who designed it so to speak.

Good choice!
It is a delicious drink at the end of the day. Eclectic, but delicious.
The boba pearls are chewy and have a tart blueberry flavor while the pink tea is strawberry-peach flavored.

It might take me a while to recreate it if I try to do so in the future.
