Anyway, I want to get to know some of you a little bit more! It's nothing invasive, promise. What I'm proposing is...!





You see, I used to work at a magical cafe called "The Midnight Grind." Currently, I don't work as a barista but I'll have to polish up my skills again. These are a small sample of the drinks I would serve to customers from all different corners of all the different worlds!

Anyway, just look at this image and see which drink and description you're drawn to most, and let me know! It gives me a good idea of what to make for others in the future. Just have fun with it! Oh and maybe tell me about your favorite drink?? ☕🍵

While you're out there exploring the city, please consider taking the time to visit la sonnerie! ☆ We may have many...exotic drink options, but we still specialize in artisanal coffee blends!

Of course, I could also recommend Luwan-wan and Busy Bee as must-try coffee houses; they're both adjacent to Enma territory, and are centrally located nearer to Kaigo no Bou, if that's more convenient.

The dalgona.

[He's ranted about this elsewhere, but he's been saving this one for a semi-authority.]

I'm not one for drinking a cup of foam, but even if I was, the brew they're using is too acidic. Sour notes. It's all well and good if you're sipping a real cup, but sucking down all that empty space, it lingers on the tongue too long.

You want something with spice notes. Cinnamon or brown sugar, somewhere between. The finish is sweeter and it makes the whole experience more appealing.

Too acidic? Ah, that might have actually been my fault... 人(_ _;) I'm still learning about coffee...Harmony-san and Melody-san are patient with me, but I do still get it wrong from time to time. I'm good at taking orders, but I'm still not the best at making coffee itself, even in dalgona form...

Too acidic for this purpose. Acidity varies between blends, and some work better than others with various preparations.

Don't take it the wrong way, now. La Sonnerie's the best I've had down here so far, a beacon of dark light in a sea of tea shops. I want to see it succeed, and my feedback is meant to be constructive.

Do you roast your own beans there?
