I hope this message finds you well.
This is Mikey, I'm the President of the Tokyo Manji - you might recognize us by the jackets we wear on occasion. I'm a new Shuten recruit, and I would like to discuss the bomb incident in Shuten territory as of this week. First of all, I'd like to put myself forward to help with any rescue efforts that might be needed, or any other work that might come up as the developments unfold. I offer mine as well.
(toman, you know what he's doing. shuten's their current home, and he is there for their people. it's that simple.)
Secondly, something tells me he wasn't lying when he said this wasn't his doing. If you have suspicions of other factions or individuals that would benefit from attacking us personally or causing generalized chaos to divert attention, I think this should be in the open and discussed.
Please, let's work together to get to the bottom of this and find the culprit to deal with this accordingly.
