illicitly[Now that the situation in the city has calmed down and cleanup is underway, it's time for Nie Huaisang to get back to work. Someone needs to remain vigilant toward the future and focus on preparations during peacetime and he has an ample amount of experience at that. It's time to push forward with the ideas he's been developing over the past couple of months.
So when the video comes into focus, it's on a youthful, elegant-looking man clad in another hanfu-kimono hybrid of his own design. He's fanning himself with a paper fan as he starts speaking in soft, even tones.]
Good day to all of you. And congratulations on surviving the spiritual onslaught, especially to those without training or worldly experience in handling such beings. What you accomplished is a remarkable feat worthy of praise. Forces like these aren't easy to withstand much less overcome. They kill with ease, without impunity, sometimes without reason, and certainly no remorse.

In light of the recent turmoil in the city, Tenkohime has graciously given me her support in a project to help strengthen the clan against future perils. I will be working alongside Jin Guangyao and Kinsei, the head of the clan's onmyouji department to offer extensive training and education in onmyoudo and cultivation, including Daoist magic, to past, present, and future recruits.
[Given that he's from a spiritual world and society where everyone knows what cultivation is, it doesn't occur to him to explain it right away. However, he will try his best if he's approached about it.]
In addition, I will be offering private lessons and training in military tactics, subterfuge, and acting to those wishing to hone their skills as well as conducting teambuilding exercises. I also urge other clan members to do the same with the skills and knowledge they have brought with them from their own worlds so that both the clan, those they care for within it, as well as themselves may benefit from it.
[Another pause and a sigh. The organization and execution of this school is a monumental task but after a lot of thought and calculation over the past few months, he truly believes in the smartest investment of time and energy the Tamamo Clan can make while they have an opportunity to do so.]
Tenkohime has granted me the funding to purchase a training facility but it will be useless without more teachers and students to fill it. It may be useful as a secure, private place to conduct meetings outside the Mizukume as well.
[The maze array Nie Huaisang had planned to use to lock the Shuten out of the Underground can still be used in another way. A top-secret academy that can only be accessed by Tamamo clan members and keep its secrets secure from potential enemies would be a good use for it, he thinks.]
If you wish to assist or participate in this project, please let me know. Informing me of your credentials, prior experience, and areas of expertise would also be of great value. It doesn't matter if you think of yourself as untalented or unskilled, you are still valuable to the clan.

[OOC: Basically, Tenkohime gave money to Huaisang to start a magic school but he plans on expanding the curriculum a bit to include a variety of other skills he thinks would be useful for Tamamos to learn/develop. Given that his own spiritual discipline includes martial arts, he won't turn away martial instructors especially given his own weaknesses in that area. Right now, it's still in the organization/planning stages but once it's open, it'll be an ongoing thing. Threadhopping is welcome and encouraged as are backtags from any interested newbies after they get in!]
