And how hard is it to be a criminal, really? Human laws are all so arbitrary, anyone could be a criminal simply for being something they don't want to exist.

Really? I thought public executions were still pretty commonplace... but it's also been a while since I lived anywhere with anyone who tried to enact any sort of authority like that.
