they're my Master. though calling them that feels like something i haven't earned just yet.

see, i'm a Heroic Spirit, or well i recently became one. [ Whatever weight the term "recently" can have when she's jumping place and time as often as she is. ] and Ritsuka-kun is a Magus, and i became contracted to them through this thing called the Chaldea-system, but we actually met before all that. we fought together, bled together, the kind of thing that really bonds two people, you know?

[ Yae would lie if she were to say she got this completely, but as far as her own interest goes, she definitely knows that that kind of background would sell. As a book. ]

My apologies but you lost me at 'Heroic Spirit'. Care to extrapolate what might that be in simpler terms? Wait actually- Let me take a guess at it. Is it something akin to, ah, let's say, a reincarnated being that turns into an appointed royal guard for a king but in a wider scope?

so one apparently becomes a Heroic Spirit based on their accomplishments in life, if they become sufficiently legendary or even mythological. for me, i'm not sure if that's truly the case, and there are exceptions, but that's the basic of it?

Does this Ritsuka-kun happen to be a relatively good looking young man, with black hair. Perhaps a bit unkempt? And have some nice amount of girls and perhaps guys around him most of the time, or at the very least, occassionally?

maybe not exactly, but the spirit's there. Ritsuka-kun has definitely united a lot of amazing people at their side.

i don't really come from the same place Ritsuka does. actually, the place where i was born doesn't. actually exist anymore.

in truth, it all kind of goes over my head, but for some reason, my existence wasn't culled with the rest of my world, so i sort of just jump between worlds and timelines and the like. this all started before i even became a Heroic Spirit, even.

i'm a follower on a journey that's impossible to map.
