you'd be a real help! the whole traveling swordsman gig does lead to some frugality (and you know i'm supposed to be more Buddha-like and all) but when you're surrounded by all this amazing food (and amazing people), it gets harder to hold tight to the purse strings!

there's this tsushigumo that runs a soba stand, i forget the name, that has HEAVENLY noodles and perfect broth! and the beer is super cold, too! pretty much the ideal noodle stand.

A budget is how you can figure out what money you need to live and how much you have to spend on fun things.

You need to figure out how much you make with the work you do, how much you need to spend to pay for necessary things like a place to stay and cheap food, and whatever is left over is what you can spend on other things.

I like it a lot. But I can’t put the address up here, because if I do people might go, and then they’ll end up in the same sorry state as us.
