(CLOSED TO SUTOKU) un: skewer

[It's a short while after the bombs go off that Sutoku members will get a new network notification. He still doesn't trust his voice, so text-only it is for now.]

Everyone,

The lieutenants can interject here if needed, I'll give them the floor. But given what just happened, can everyone check in, if you're able? Where are you, what are you seeing? Was anyone caught up in what happened over in Shuten?

A lot just happened in a short amount of time, and there's a lot of panic right now. It's chaotic, but I think we need to really need to see if anyone's been able to gather anything, before the city really starts to make noise and point fingers about what just happened with Iron Bear.

If you saw anything out in rescue efforts or anything tonight, it might be a good idea to speak up.

Also: I'm not seasoned enough right not to make a good enough guess, but have any key properties for the Alliance been checked yet?

[ooc: mini event check in for prompt #5, feel free to use this as an informational check in as we learn things from the mods.]

Donatello. Fine here.

The smoke is bad enough, but given what was in the houses the air quality is pretty bad. Don't stick around without respiratory support systems.

Not the entire territory, but warehouses and near the arena is bad. Dust and smoke, some fumes from whatever chemicals were in the warehouse that blew.

Lots of support. People looking for and defusing the other bombs all over the place.
[which is good because while donnie is qualified, he has a brother to find.]

Not a clue. Anyone actually in Shuten is too busy to talk. [he also, admittedly, has not tried to ask and does not care. sorry my guy]

[the conversation is at least keeping him calm while he looks for leo, so he'll indulge.]

Generally speaking, it's not a huge fire. Once the fire is suppressed and/or any chemicals caught in the blaze burn through, air quality will naturally improve. People closest to the blaze and people who spend the most time in the affected area will be the worst off, but the rest of the city should just suffer a little smoke inhalation for a few days, at the most. Unless the wind dies down completely, which isn't common with fires. [bc hot air rises and collides with cool and makes more storms and wind and yadda yadda meteorology]
