[It's a short while after the bombs go off that Sutoku members will get a new network notification. He still doesn't trust his voice, so text-only it is for now.]

Everyone,

The lieutenants can interject here if needed, I'll give them the floor. But given what just happened, can everyone check in, if you're able? Where are you, what are you seeing? Was anyone caught up in what happened over in Shuten?

A lot just happened in a short amount of time, and there's a lot of panic right now. It's chaotic, but I think we need to really need to see if anyone's been able to gather anything, before the city really starts to make noise and point fingers about what just happened with Iron Bear.

If you saw anything out in rescue efforts or anything tonight, it might be a good idea to speak up.

Also: I'm not seasoned enough right not to make a good enough guess, but have any key properties for the Alliance been checked yet?

I live in shuten territory with s/o's. Trying to wtach to see if any fire from the explosion spreads down here. Enma are out in droves trying to contain it, but i havent seen anything noteworthy yet. Not sure if shuten and enma are cooperating or begrudging. I'll keep my eyes and ears open if anything else happens.

Letting a fire blaze after someone like this isn't really a good look, so it could be either. I think I'd be more worried if they didn't even bother to respond.

Was in Shuten when it happened. I'm fine.

Don't know a lot at this point, but I'd guess they hit a warehouse or something. Gonna look into some things.

Before I forget: don't let the people from the Department talk you into letting them onto our properties with the excuse that they're sweeping for bombs.

Does it seem that there was a particular individual or objective being targeted? I was hearing reports that it was nowhere near Toraguma. [If the "objective" is only the unease and chaos, then...]

Is that kind of reaction something we should expect from Enma? They were pretty fast to get onto Shuten territory when the fires started, but would a sweep of the entire city even be under what they could push?

Thank you, Otegine-san. Alliance individuals are beginning to sweep areas of importance currently. Please keep Sakamoto-san's warning in mind as you do so. If you have checked any of our major buildings, please speak up as to if it is clear, or in need of assistance. If you have experience with handling explosives, also speak up. Please do not attempt to handle any explosives if you do not know what you are doing. [He really feels he shouldn't have to say this, but boy does he have experience in underlings touching things they shouldn't.]

As for myself, my servants are sweeping the Temple grounds. Nothing yet. They are quite hardy, so if any bombs are discovered in need of disposal fodder, please notify me to send one along to you. And as always, keep your eyes and ears open.

The last thing we need is another of these making noise. As much as investating anything around them might give us, it doesn't do us any good if we lose people in the process, right?

I hope people get that much. We're not going out here to be martyrs.

My dogs have been successful in locating one of the bombs. I am searching for more.

Could you share where it was? Were you able to get a good look at it, or not?

if someone else hasn't been able to get a safe solution yet.

I helped with rescue efforts immediately after the explosion, but I'm unhurt.
I'm yet to see anything more. I apologize that I haven't brought any new information back.

Nothing to apologize for. Not all of us are really in a position to much right this second, including me.

Do you mind talking about what you're seeing over there? Have there been any casualties that you know of? If it's just a building that's been destroyed, that's one thing, but if youkai or any of us souls were caught in there, I think that might become a bigger problem really quick, don't you? [Shuten's response might not be pretty regardless, but property damage versus shed blood could make that response far worse, is what he's thinking.]

I wasn't near the Shuten when it happened but I am looking around to see if anyone needs help.

So far, I haven't seen much but I am currently on the look out for anymore bombs.

Be careful. Don't go messing with anything if you do stumble on something out there that's suspicious. The last thing we need is more panic.

Currently at the clinic preparing for the worst. So far we don't look like we'll be overrun, since it was just the one explosion and nowhere near here, but it doesn't hurt to be cautious. Right now, I don't know more than the others do, and I urge everyone to be safe.

It's good to hear. From what Leviathan said, it sounds like the casualties might be slim to none for now, but it's optimistic to think it's going to stay that way.

You'll let us know if there's anything the clinic needs for assistance, right?

Got injured trying to rescue people. Not dead, though.

[He was maybe a bit on fire for a few extremely hot seconds. It sucked but he'll live.]

There were bombs all over the city, though. Not just Shuten. All the factions were hit, so either there were multiple simultaneous attackers or they hit their own turf to keep their cover. Either is possible I think.

Have we confirmed that? I didn't see any explosions other than the one that just hit Shuten. Megumi's reported a bomb in Alliance territory, though it doesn't sound like it went off, but has anyone actually said anything from the other factions???

I haven't seen anything that feels important...

Is there anything we can do to help with this? Firefighting or something?

'find a buddy' is probably the best advice i can think of. If you want to go helping with firefighting or looking for more devices, make sure beyond all doubt you are not alone. Im not confident that there couldnt be some of these being planted haphazardly or rushedly, and we dont know what would happen if someone stumbled in to one being set up.

as much as it pains me to say, try to keep help to sutoku areas as well. mostly because of the potential for miscommunications. I dont like it, but this is eventually going to devolve in to finger pointing, and I dont want someone being in the wrong place for noble reasons and being implicated.

I was at a cafe in Tamamo territory when it all popped off. [Of fucking course.] Managed to calm down some panicked customers and keep them inside and out of the way of rescue efforts.

For all the trouble someone went to setting these up, most of the bombs have been thwarted before doing any damage. Somebody's gonna be frustrated.

I'd keep an eye out for a second wave, or an attempt at one, anyway.

[Well, the username of 'godot' says he's fine so in a strange way, Amelia feels some relief at whatever bit of familiarity she can grasp even if it's a tangential name.]

Found a bomb in an alley in Alliance territory but was able to clear the area and get assistance in getting it disarmed before anyone got hurt.

Had a look around the blast zone. Nothing of note that I could see. If there was anything there, the Department got to it. I've been able to talk to a couple of people... it seems like the Shuten warehouse may be the only notable location where a bomb was placed.

During the explosion, I was caught underground, but I found assistance in escaping. I defused a bomb, but was unable to stop the ignition of some gas cans. I was injured escaping the blaze, but I was assisted by two individuals from the Department of the Enma.

So they have devices that can still cause damage even if defused...

do you have experience with devices like this? Are they standard? ive been wondering how haphazard these might be placed- they can't ALL have been set up by professionals, or we're dealing with a much larger operation than I already feared.

Croix sounds like they have some experience, and Matoba's offered a last-ditch solution if we can't defuse it. If you come across one that's started up, wave him down.

I was close enough to give some assistance to those caught near the blast, but I've nothing else to report other than the casualties don't seem to be very high, actually, which is a relief.

...I'm afraid I'm still new to the city, but, if there are places of interest that could still use investigating, I am very good at sneaking around unseen.

If you're going to explore, be careful. From what people have been saying in here, it sounds like these explosives aren't just a simple matter, and they're showing up in some pretty random places.

I don't have any skills for a situation like this, unfortunately. But if anyone wants company, please give me your location. We're safer together than alone, and I'm working on attaching a camera feed to my drone so I can at least provide incredibly rudimentary security once I manage proper adhesion.

This is Naito Fuuga. I'm also uninjured and hoping to do what little I can. I've been trying to gather information, but I don't think I've found anything we don't know yet.

I was scolded and yelled at to stay safe instead of putting myself in harm's way, but... I feel so useless staying put.

I wish I were capable of doing more, but I can heal small injuries like scrapes and provide minor pain relief. It isn't much, but if anyone needs it, please let me know!
