It has come to our understanding that an invitation to attend the grand opening of Sai no Kawara, a joint venture of the Shuten and Tamamo clans.

Our investigation into illicit "Stardust" trade has made it imperative that we accept this invitation, and attend as keepers of Order and to assure that all dealings are "above level".

Representatives of the Department of the Enma will be allowed participation in Tanabata festivities including, but not limited to; wish-making, consumption of alcoholic beverages, moderated gambling, sessions with hosts and other service workers, and dancing.

Considering the situation we found ourselves earlier in the summer, it has been advised that relaxation and diversion may be necessary to assure a functional work force. Therefore it should be considered part of your work to attend this "grand opening", both as a keeper of Order and as a matter of personal activity.

Well, I mean with magic I can turn into a pig if I wanted to...but I didn't think humans were capable of that.

Yeah, pretty much any wizard or witch would be able to do it with enough power.

Can you only turn into pigs or other animals? Or can you turn into anything? Like a boat?

I think any sort of animal we've seen before, and the really powerful ones like Mithra and Oz can turn into huge monsters! Objects are a bit harder, though, and I still need to practice much more.

Does animals include people? Miss Andy and I talked, and we decided that if I ever lose a hand, I could still be a cool detective if I had a sidekick or a partner. If you could become the ultimate disguise artist by shapeshifting, I think that would super helpful in detective work!!

Please be careful! You should take care of yourself so you don't lose a limb in the first place. I know humans have come up with some amazing technology, but you shouldn't push yourself into danger.

I can turn into anyone I've seen before, though. I need a lot more practice. You think I could be stealthy?

Yeah! I mean, you might need to practice acting like the person you turn into, but you could definitely use that to sneak into places and get intel.
