Yakuza think that shit's cowardly, but we ain't got so many guns floatin' around in Tokyo either. Usually it shows ya don't trust th'safety of a meetin' or whatever, makes 'em suspicious.

Still, yer gonna be worried about gettin' stabbed more often. Tanto knife is th'weapon of choice most've th'time.

Man, I know this is obvious - but we come from very different kinds of Tokyo. I mean, the yakuza there were armed to the teeth, some weren't even hiding it.

But to be fair, circumstances were also much much different. Unless of course your world also had demons in it, in which case I just messed with the wrong kind of yakuza family.
