Oh yeah, for the most part. I don't like worrying about things like that because there's a lot more interesting things I could be thinking about instead. I'm only as secretive as I need to be!

The things you might take for granted as being innocuous, as just part of who you are, can be used as permission to persecute you by those in power.

Those in power can use just about any reason they want to persecute people. No point in worrying about offending someone with every little thing.

Anyone truly threatened by the contents of my phone is a joke and doesn't deserve the power they have. They'll have a lot of better reasons to want to detain me in that case, I'm sure.

What matters to me is accomplishing my duty. I don't worry about the details because that's what the purpose of coming into the world is. If you're worried about everything all the time you'll miss opportunities when they appear because you'll be too scared to act.

I can't let little things get in the way of what needs to be done.

I get it. At least a little. I have my own goals in mind, and have been willing to do a lot to accomplish them, but there's a big line between "letting little things get in the way" and being deliberately reckless.

The latter is just selfish, no matter how you dress it up.
