It's about as dangerous as one could expect, though.

It's not too different from where I'm from. I'm use to fighting but I could do without the constant battling.

Don't they know it gets tiring after a while? There's only so much violence before it gets boring.

It's not a matter of personal indulgence. For many, it's a matter of pride, and the need to protect what they consider theirs.

Which is a shame. You would think they would respect the concept of death and morality a little more. Especially where we are now.

In this world, I don't get the impression this "Hell" is synonymous with "Land of the Dead", though apparently the dead are "processed" here on some level.

I think this is more just the place where youkai are meant to dwell, given the other "worlds" are inhospitable to them.

And thus, why it is tragic. Hell or not, we at least deserve a place where we can rest without any worries when we're "dead". We have enough of that when we are living.

I just wish the youkai can see that because they deserve some peace despite their current situation.

That being said, peace doesn't come without conflict. Someone's blood will be spilled for the sake of someone else's.

Which is why I will dread the day it will happen. But for now, I hope I can remain as hopeful as I can.

It would be a shame to see so many dead bodies but I suppose it would make it more difficult for me. How can I arrange so many funerals in a short period of time?
