Generally speaking, it's not a huge fire. Once the fire is suppressed and/or any chemicals caught in the blaze burn through, air quality will naturally improve. People closest to the blaze and people who spend the most time in the affected area will be the worst off, but the rest of the city should just suffer a little smoke inhalation for a few days, at the most.
