I'm not one for drinking a cup of foam, but even if I was, the brew they're using is too acidic. Sour notes. It's all well and good if you're sipping a real cup, but sucking down all that empty space, it lingers on the tongue too long.
You want something with spice notes. Cinnamon or brown sugar, somewhere between. The finish is sweeter and it makes the whole experience more appealing.
