-WARNING added; "If USERS trespass upon any part of the city they are not allowed in order to collect characters, do be quick about it.

-Helper NPC: YDRIS, added to help users within EMBER, Go!
-YDRIS can be set to automatically feed and pamper collected "Little Lost Souls™".

Not exactly. I'm from Mondstadt, but I have not been there. I hear that the Vision hunt Decree had been recently been abolished, however, so perhaps it'd be easier for me to make the trip one day.

I've never been to Mondstadt, though I've heard it's a beautiful place.

And you're quite right, the Vision Hunt Decree was abolished along with the Sakoku Decree and Inazuma's borders are finally open again. Inazuma's people are generally far more open to the concept of outsiders than the Raiden Shogun's decrees might have other countries believe.

But a detective... The Department would've loved to have you, but it seems that the Daitengu has other plans.

I expect that the ideological differences between myself and the Department of the Enma would have made me a poor candidate despite my profession.

Oh, you know. Ones that defy the law in their own ways. But the more I think about it, the more you're better off in a different faction to tell you the truth.

I have the utmost respect for justice, in fact I live by it, but I don't believe that justice and the law are always in alignment. Take the Sakoku Decree, for example. There was no justice in that.

And I simply do not agree with the Department's application of either justice OR the law... But that is neither here nor there, as I don't work under them and must therefore rely on those who do to do the right thing while I operate in my own way from within the Alliance.

I'm certainly better out from under the Enma's direct jurisdiction. I'm sure I'd be quite the thorn in his side.
