Do the people in your world only die of boredom? [In the right sort of context, that wouldn't exclude those injuries described earlier.] It must take skill to make it less eventful than dropping them in a hole and hoping they don't come back to haunt you.

But I have to admit, there are some people who do die simply because life can be too boring for them. Which is a pity as life can be rather eventful!
