[ Recently. Huh. Actually. Okay, maybe — hm — never mind. He has been trying to keep things tidy since he deep cleaned the flat for Hu Tao's birthday, but now that he has given it thought maybe it has been some time. Fine. He'll take care of it but it's not that bad! Again he just doesn't subscribe to societal expectations when it comes to organization!!!

[ It's already been decided, he would take care of it. He is just making himself a nuisance at the moment. Besides, he is getting the feeling that they both are at the same level of cleanliness. It's not like they leave garbage all over the place or trail crumbs after themselves throughout the flat. They just prioritize other things over cleaning, that's all. ]

[ Okay. So maybe he had a glance towards the bed and since he relinquished it to his friend he hasn't touched it because... that would be kind of odd and improper. The usual. He does keep some sense of propriety between them even if he makes the odd comment now and then. ]

Just so you are aware I pulled the quilt back. Back in Liyue, my room was in disarray but it was left up to me to provide its upkeep no matter how many servants, household staff, or maids my family hired. Because according to my older brother it is a reflection of my own capacity. Of course, that's rather silly. No person should be judged on a single aspect they may be lacking in. There may in talent hidden in other areas.
To keep it short. And I do apologize that this became long.
I'll be tidying up but to my capabilities. No more than that. I do ask, just take care of the items you do leave scattered. What I mean is. I find just about anything acceptable except snack wrappers.

[ Focus, right, and ignore his hobby for at least a couple of hours. Well, there is temptation everywhere within their living space but when it comes down to it if he puts his mind to something he is able to accomplish his goals.
