Oh yeah, everything's great. I mean, I got in a little trouble for beating up some punks the other day, since that's not really our style. I swear, some of them think I'm more Shuten than Tamamo most days. So they've got me taking charm classes.

Hey, let's not get ahead of ourselves! First of all, thanks. I like to keep myself looking young, but that's just the immortality talking. You realize I'm probably older than your great grandparents, right?

Second. We're not in love! I mean, we do things, and she's really good at doing those things! And I probably want to do things with her again, but we're not like that. I mean, I don't think.

After all, you don't want to beat up someone you love, right? And I definitely want to beat her up too.

Oh, I know. It's just a nice thought to have knowing that being in love just makes you youthful! Alas, I have yet to experience it but I suppose I'll have to wait and see.

I mean, that's not untrue. We're just kind of trashy friends who get into fights and then do things to each other afterwards. So, maybe that qualifies. I mean, I don't actually hate her. Which, considering she's an Oni? That's saying something.

As long as you don't actively hate one another, I think that's fine. Although, I do worry what should happen if you two do fall in love.

It kind of sort of really is. See, different worlds, but same old story? A group of four oni tried to crash heaven a long time ago. set off this whole big feud way back when. And Celestials and Oni don't really get on too well? There's some serious old bad blood and I bet folks would think it's weird.

In other words, it seems like it's not going to go well no matter what.

Although, it makes me wonder how she feels about it. As much as hell can be a terrible place, it really isn't the same as the rules from your home world.

Well, I don't actually care what she did all that time ago. And nobody is here who can get on my ass about it. But it's a concern?

Eh. We're mostly hashing out the rivalries for fun? At least that's what I think. Maybe I should ask her?

I don't see why not! It never hurts to ask and especially when feelings are as complex as they are.

If worse comes to worse, I could always ask her if she loves you.

I have no idea how she'd react to someone else even trying to talk to her about 'us!' I don't even know if she thinks of there as being an 'us' to talk about!
