Of drinking and having long-term memory loss? Yes. Several studies have been done, as recent as 2013. Short-term memory loss and blackouts are common, but long-term loss is expected with extended alcohol use into older demographics.

unfortunately for both of us, the amnesia hit me bad
what i do know is getting too close is akin to exiting the world itself
and Pale covers 72% of the earth's surface
a lot of research is going into it but slowing it?
that may not be possible
