Hello, everyone! I thought it'd be a good time to welcome in all our newest Alliance Lost Souls!

[ yes, he's waving! ]

I'm Sakamoto Ryouma — but just Ryouma is fine! — and a lot of people around here know I'm a Lieutenant and a main point of contact for any business with the Alliance. If you need anything, you can always come to me, and I'll at least try and help you find what you're looking for.

That being said, you've got plenty of good people around here you can look to also! The rest of you aren't off the hook~!

My newest co-Lieutenant is Matoba Seiji. [ so feel free to bother him now too, haha! ] Emily Dyer will be acting as my second, and if you don't already know where the clinic is, you should familiarise yourself and help out a little!

You can also find your other seniors — Kim Kitsuragi, Yuri Leclerc, Xingqiu, Artemy Burakh, Cloud Strife, and Ydris — if you need anything!

now that that's out of the way, he can move along to some useful information before he wraps this thing up. his coffee's melting, and he's sitting when he probably has three other places he could be... ]

You represent the Sutoku Alliance now, so keep that in mind! We don't really have much of a dress code or anything, but you should still get one of these pins, so people know what crew you're with.

We have 'em at Konoha and at plenty of other places, too, so just ask!

We're gonna have a get-together officially soon enough, but this is a good opportunity to get to know each other ahead of time! My advice to all of you is to learn as much as possible about this place and the people who live here, your fellow Lost Souls in the other factions included! Find something that interests you and dig right in! Always be paying attention because it's all in what you know.

I'm excited to say there will be a lotta interesting things going on around here soon enough, so I'll be counting on you all to do your best! You have a week to settle in and get comfortable before we'll be putting you to work, so don't hesitate to reach out if you need something in the meantime, got it?

Absolutely. I was able to read it to perform only the most accurate divinations back on my world, so I have no doubt I'll be able to do it here.

The biggest obstacle will be remapping the stars, but there is another astrologist here in Sutoku. She's amenable to us working together. I'm sure Ursula and I will be able to come up with something valuable for all of us in due time.

I will keep you posted. I intend on doing all the research I can to get back on track with astrology, and if it'll be an asset for the Alliance, all the better. However Ursula chooses to go about astrology is up to her, though, so I won't speak on her behalf.

It truly does feel like we are the faction of information.

if it's about uncovering the truth, you'll fit right in. and of course. you and ursula both are helpful in your own ways. wouldn't deign to think otherwise.

we are the information faction. if nothing else, i can count on a lot of people here to want to know much more than what we're given. we aren't the only ones, of course - but i think we put together significantly more than our fair share. it's not a bad thing.

frankly, i'm a bit of the odd man out - i'm more about the physical work than the intellectual. but there's room for that too, it seems.

That doesn't surprise me in the slightest. Every faction needs someone to do the heavy lifting. ... If I had to guess, of course.

I consider myself quite fortunate that I've wound up here. Being part of a pool of information is quite exciting, and a good way to adjust to a new world. I will do what I can to contribute to it – it'll be my pleasure.
