Hello. I've been told of the dangers of giving my name and picture to a wide network before, please accept my username for now.
There has been a lot happen here, but one thing sticks in my mind in the quieter hours that I would rather it not. I'd like to hear about the experiences people have with leaving others behind. Good or bad. Here, home, or another world. I've tried writing letters. A new notebook since my old one is lost to me. The new one doesn't seem to feel the same way. I've tried late night work outs, jogs, odd jobs in the evening, wandering and what one gentleman called the "night life" which I still don't completely understand. I could go to the same places in the day. All in all, I'm out of ideas.
Hearing any way that you deal with those thoughts constructively is something I'd be thankful for.
Thank you for your time and help in advance.

You were a hero? That's not a question. Text lacks vocal queues. I'm impressed you became a hero in your world. Not because I know about your world or you, just that being a hero is a difficult job. No matter your reasons you were helping people, right?

I mean, kicking youkai butt can definitely be challenging at points, but while it's probably a much harder job for Reimu, I'm not sure I'd call it a "Difficult Job."
Wait, does Hero mean something specific for you?
[The context was a little confusing. She figured she'd make sure.]
no subject
Yes. It's what I've aimed my life toward being. My world has a lot of heroes and I'd like to be counted among them one day when I'm done my training.

Maybe Reimu, but no. Not really. She's kind of hopeless at times. But nobody's dedicated their life towards that kind of thing. They just sometimes have to save everyone.
Does that make sense?
no subject
It makes sense, but I still think it's heroic.

And I'd like to think I have my moments too.
[She actually really didn't, but she did have fantasies of herself as the hero of her own story. Still, it wasn't outside of the realm of possibility for her. She just didn't have the responsibility to do it unless suddenly the need was thrust upon her.]

Then that's how it is. It's heroic. Sometimes heroics aren't all glory and battle. You should take pride in what you've done so far.
no subject
Hah, I don't actually care about pride or glory, though that can be fun. The adventure of being hero's more than enough for me.

There are a lot of people who forget that's heroic in its own right. You're doing things just to enjoy but you're helping all the same. Don't underestimate yourself.

Hey, I'm not about to stop you from buttering me up. Keep going.
[Really, whether she was a good guy or not just depended on who did the pointing when it came to a fight. It was just as easy for her to be a threat or a benefit, given her lack of concern that she sometimes had.]
