I talked to some of the shops.

Got some of them to agree to get everyone some clean clothes if the rain messed everything up. It's not much but looks are important or something.

• hizen used his rank to get a clothes drive/charity going on for the city. handwaving the logistics here but assume everyone gets at least one set of nice clothes from a shop of their choice.
• i really just wanted an excuse for everyone to get a nice yukata for the summer so assume there are definitely some kimono shops with summer deals, too. ( ◡‿◡ *)
• pretend there's a sign or something at participating locations. it's all courtesy of shuten because hizen hates being perceived.
• gallery for traditonal masc. yukata designs because guys are boring

[ perfect. but since shylock is simply too busy right now to drop by in person, he'll have to utilize more modern means, loathe as he is to try them... but for hizen, he'll do it.

a while later, hizen will get a knock on his door. it's....... a doordasher? or some sort of equivalent to it in hell. either way there's a bottle of red wine with a fancy bow and his name on it.
