I talked to some of the shops.
Got some of them to agree to get everyone some clean clothes if the rain messed everything up. It's not much but looks are important or something.

- hizen used his rank to get a clothes drive/charity going on for the city. handwaving the logistics here but assume everyone gets at least one set of nice clothes from a shop of their choice.
- i really just wanted an excuse for everyone to get a nice yukata for the summer so assume there are definitely some kimono shops with summer deals, too. ( β‘βΏβ‘ *)
- pretend there's a sign or something at participating locations. it's all courtesy of shuten because hizen hates being perceived.
