Certainly. There are likely to be plenty of false practitioners too. Even in different fields, there is a chance to find those who attempt to swindle people out of their hard-earned mora. It's not unheard of. Actually, there is one market that I am surprised hasn't led to unpleasantries. Or perhaps word hasn't reached my ear.

Well, maybe calling it a market is a bit much given the rarity of the commodity? There is no extensive market... but visions tend to bring in a large profit. Or at least that's what I've heard.

Yes. You see their scarcity comes from the fact that few people are granted visions. From what I know they only become dormant when their user passes on. So naturally, people would seek a vision with no master.
