[ The camera shows the inside of Tenkohime's audience chamber, and in the center is Tenkohime herself, tails lightly swaying behind her as one of her handmaidens prepares her pipe, handing it to her delicately.
She takes a moment to have a few puffs before addressing the "audience", virtual as it was. ]
Tanabata is a special time of year in all realms, but especially within this one... The Stardust alone is evidence of that, but I like to think the magic the summer season runs a bit deeper than that...
Warmth beneath the flesh, rushing through one's blood. It leads to such... indulgent behavior, don't you agree?
