my daily training helps. it's meditative, after all, allows me to refocus myself, and keep my heart still, even if only for a moment.
the other thing is understanding that even if i can't see it, there's still a horizon ahead of me, a goal to reach, a new level of experience to find. "keep your eye on the prize", as the saying goes.
