I talked to some of the shops.

Got some of them to agree to get everyone some clean clothes if the rain messed everything up. It's not much but looks are important or something.

• hizen used his rank to get a clothes drive/charity going on for the city. handwaving the logistics here but assume everyone gets at least one set of nice clothes from a shop of their choice.
• i really just wanted an excuse for everyone to get a nice yukata for the summer so assume there are definitely some kimono shops with summer deals, too. ( ◡‿◡ *)
• pretend there's a sign or something at participating locations. it's all courtesy of shuten because hizen hates being perceived.
• gallery for traditonal masc. yukata designs because guys are boring

I'm not sure how to tell you this, but charity will usually make people grateful, especially when they are in dire need of it.

I don't really care about how I look.

(What if I told you the worn out hoodies and jeans he wears in Jigoku are a step up from what he might usually wear back at home which are essentially rags. He doesn't even have a whole haori anymore back home? It's just half a haori that barely hangs on.)

But a lot more people care than I though.

[Kamui doesn’t care very much either. Rather, he didn’t. Things are a little different now, with enough friends attempting to intervene— or at least convince him to get a haircut— but he still relates.]

Well, would you ever want to try changing your look at all? It’s kind of fun. I was surprised by how much.

Some of the shops gave me free shit. Haven't looked at it all yet.
