drowning/suffocating probably the worst
starvation a close second
hypothermia isn't fun either
fire/electricity hurt bad but don't last long
being mauled is just a hassle
standard trauma/hemorrhage is tolerable
unless it's a gut wound
gut wounds fucking suck
